Baldwin-United filed a plan of reorganization.

The company and a subsidiary, D. H. Baldwin Co., filed a joint reorganization plan in U.S. Bankruptcy Court under which Baldwin-United estimates that it will ultimately pay unsecured creditors up to $140 million in cash. The plan is subject to approval by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Randall Newsome of Cincinnati, who is overseeing Baldwin-United’s Chapter 11 reorganization.
