The last day to obtain a dog license without paying a penalty is Saturday. License fees are $8.12 for spayed or neutered dogs and $16.24 for all others. Payments received after the deadline will be assessed an $8.12 penalty. The city dog licensing office is not open on weekends, but if fees are postmarked by Saturday they will be accepted without penalty.
