Louis Vincenti, Savings and Loan Executive, Dies

Louis R. Vincenti, retired chairman and chief executive of Mutual Savings & Loan Assn. of Pasadena, has died in a Pasadena convalescent home at age 79.
Vincenti was an attorney who practiced privately for 25 years before joining Mutual Savings and Wesco Financial Corp. (its parent company) in 1955. He was elected president of Pasadena’s oldest savings and loan group in 1961 and board chairman in 1973, retiring in 1983.
Vincenti was active in the Pasadena area, serving as president of the Tournament of Roses Assn., the Community Redevelopment Agency and the Resources Allocation Committee.
Vincenti is survived by his wife Marion, a son, Louis Jr., and a daughter, Nataline. He was a former member of the Stanford University Athletic Board.
