Construction Begins on 3-Building Plaza

Construction has begun on the $8.3-million, three-building, 59,000-square-foot Lake Hills Office Plaza project of Dunn Properties Corp. on Moulton Parkway south of Lake Forest Drive in Laguna Hills. Completion is scheduled for March.
There will be one two-story building of 42,000 square feet and two one-story structures with 10,000 and 7,500 square feet. Architect is David Klages & Associates, Costa Mesa; contractor is Saffell & McAdam, Irvine, and leasing agent is Lee & Associates, El Toro.
