Parnelli Jones Moves Office

Parnelli Jones Inc. has leased a 100,000-square-foot industrial building at 350 Apra St. in the Los Angeles Business Center in Dominguez Hills for its corporate headquarters and distribution center.
Crown Associates represented both parties in the 10-year transaction valued at more than $4 million. The building is a development of Overton, Moore & Associates Inc. and Copley Real Estate Advisors.
The building will also house the Parnelli Jones race car museum, featuring race cars driven by Parnelli Jones, Al Unser, Mario Andretti, Joe Leonard and Danny Ongais. Established in 1965, Parnelli Jones Inc. markets tires, wheels and shock absorbers. The firm has 34 retail stores and three distribution centers.
