Short Option List Available at Victorville Development

Sunset Ridge by Laguna Pacific opens today with 41 two-, three- and four-bedroom single-family houses priced from $56,990 to $80,990.
The development will eventually have 508 houses with 935 to 1,694 square feet of living area, two baths and half-acre lots. Other features include sloping ceilings, fencing, walks and driveways, wood-burning fireplaces in family rooms and master suites with walk-in closets.
The only available option, according to Darrel Wright, president of Laguna Pacific, is a three-car garage. Other standard features include pilotless gas stoves and ovens, gas water heaters with blanket insulation, dual pane windows and sliding glass doors, night set-back thermostats and heavy insulation.
Available financing includes state bond, FHA, VA and conventional. Nine houses have been sold in the first phase.
A sales office and furnished models are open 10 a.m. to dusk daily at 11675 Low Chaparral Drive, reached from the Bear Valley Road exit of Interstate 15.
