Pasadena : Centennial Memorabilia Sought
With Pasadena’s 100th birthday approaching, two major historical collectors have asked for donations of memorabilia from residents. The Pasadena Historical Society and the public library are requesting artifacts such as books, pamphlets, scrapbooks, advertisements and school yearbooks to add to the city’s collection of historical materials. Pasadena will celebrate its centennial next year. Prospective donors may contact Carolyn Garner at the library’s main branch, (818) 405-4064, or Sue Schechter at the Historical Society, (818) 577-1660.
