Meese’s View of Miranda Rule

Meese is an embarrassment to more than “the ideal of “Equal Justice Under Law.” As a graduate of the School of Law (Boalt Hall) at U.C. Berkeley, one year (1959) behind Meese, I am embarrassed every time I hear or see his name. Meese’s dangerous drivel brings shame to the memory of the great professors who valiantly attempted to teach him law.
Not only is Meese a menace to the administration of justice, he is a menace to most of the social advancements our civilization has made in the last two generations. He epitomizes the deficient moral and intellectual integrity in this Administration’s pervasive hypocrisy.
