La Habra : Man Is Charged With Trying to Kill Brother

La Habra police Sunday morning arrested a 26-year-old man on suspicion of the attempted murder of his brother.
Sgt. Tom Machado said the suspect, William Richard Kelly, was arrested without incident after residents of an apartment complex in La Habra notified officers of shots being fired in one of the apartments.
Machado said William Kelly had been in an argument about 7 a.m. Sunday with his brother, John Kelly, 23, at the apartment the two men share in the 600 block of Ridgeway Lane. Machado said that during the argument two shots were fired at John Kelly, one of them grazing his head.
John Kelly was treated at La Habra Community Hospital and released, Machado said.
William Kelly was arrested at the apartment and booked into the La Habra jail without bail, Machado said.
