Retired Adm. Elmo R. Zumwalt Jr., chief of naval operations during the Nixon Administration, has been named president of CFS Planning Corp., a Beverly Hills-based financial services company. The move is part of an expansion of the company, CFS said. In addition, D. Lawrence Thomson was appointed executive vice president and Robert E. Davidson vice president.
