Tom Hunt has joined Great American First Savings Bank as manager of the Normal Heights/Kensington office. Also, Great American has named Richard B. West III president of its subsidiary, Great American Asset Management Company. The bank also has named Candice Stephens manager of its Mira Mesa office.
