Los Angeles police are seeking a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a man crossing a street in North Hollywood.
Antonio Rios, 54, of North Hollywood was hit while crossing Strathern Street just west of Vineland Avenue about 6 p.m. Sunday, police said.
