Tech Center Work Finished

The $5.65-million, 88,600-square-foot Jefferson Technology Center has been completed at 12555 Jefferson Blvd., Culver City, according to the developers, Grosvenor Associates, Los Angeles.
Designed by Matlin + Dvoretzky Architects, Santa Monica, the three-story structure can function as either one or two completely separate buildings. The component buildings are connected on the third levels by a bridge.
The contractor was Feldman Construction Co., and the leasing agent is Coldwell Banker.
