Waves Take Off Wraps at Thousand Oaks High

Pepperdine will hold its annual intrasquad basketball game tonight at Thousand Oaks High School. Tipoff is at 7 o’clock.

Coach Jim Harrick’s squad is led by guard Dwayne Polee, Most Valuable Player in the West Coast Athletic Conference last season, and All-WCAC forwards Anthony Frederick and Eric White. The Waves open the regular season Nov. 22 against fifth-ranked Kansas in the first round of the Big Apple NIT at Denver.
