Single-Family Homes Open in Palmdale

Towne Square II, 21 single-family, Cape Cod-design homes by California Community Builders Inc. opens today in Palmdale. A total of 40 homes are planned.
Four floor plans, ranging in size from 1,250 to 1,704 square feet and in price from $89,995 to $105,995, will be offered. Homes feature three and four bedrooms, two and 2 1/2 baths.
Two plans include about 200 square feet of bonus space that can be used for library/office, hobby or game room.
Amenities include ceramic-tile entries, sloped ceilings, family room with breakfast nook, wood-burning fireplaces. Move-ins will be next March.
Three furnished models and the sales office are at 37806 N. Halifax St. and can be reached by taking the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway to Palmdale Boulevard exit.
