Donna Little, a Los Angeles attorney, was appointed by Gov. George Deukmejian to the Commission on the Status of Women, his office announced. Little, 33, will fill out the term ending next July 1 of Carol Ward-Allen of Oakland, who resigned. The appointment is subject to Senate confirmation. Commission members receive $50 a day plus expenses.
