The jury in the federal income evasion trial of boxing promoter Don King deliberated all day Monday in New York and failed to reach a verdict.
King, 54, and Constance Harper, 52, vice president of Don King Productions, were charged with 23 counts of income tax evasion, filing false and fraudulent tax returns and conspiracy.
