Envoy to Brazil Named Director of Foundation

WASHINGTON — The U.S. ambassador to Brazil, Diego C. Asencio, has been appointed executive director of the Una Chapman Cox Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the effectiveness of the U.S. Foreign Service, it was announced Friday.
