Survey Indicates Resale Values in L.A. Up by 68%

Resale home values have increased by an average of 46% in the United States and 68% in the Los Angeles area since 1980.
These were among the findings in a nationwide survey conducted for ERA Real Estate by Opinion Research Inc. of St. Louis, Mo.
More than 400 independent and franchise real estate brokers took part in the poll.
