Former San Diego State Athletic Director Mary Alice Hill is scheduled to appear in San Diego Superior Court on Jan. 9 in an attempt to force the school to reinstate her to the job with back pay.
Hill, fired Aug. 8 after being the only female athletic director of a Division I-A university, claims in a civil suit filed last Friday that her rights to due process were violated.
