Anaheim : Motorcyclist Injured in Collision With Car

A motorcyclist was critically injured in a collision with a car at an intersection early Sunday, Anaheim police said.
Jerry Pegg, 38, of Buena Park was airlifted by helicopter to UCI Medical Center after the 1:55 a.m. accident at Lincoln Avenue and Gain Street.
Investigators said Pegg was eastbound on Lincoln when he collided with a car driven by Ronald L. Carder, 43, of Anaheim as Carder turned off Gain.
Carder, who along with two passengers in his car was treated for minor injuries at Humana Hospital and released, was charged with felony drunk driving.
