16-Home First Phase Opens at Development in Redlands

Orange Park Homes, a single-family, 53-unit home development by Fieldcrest Homes, opens its first 16-unit phase this weekend in Redlands.
The project is situated close to a park and to orange groves and offers a selection of three one- and two-story plans ranging in size from 1,308 to 1,744 square feet.
The three- and four-bedroom homes are priced from $85,990 to $104,990, are situated on 10,000-square-foot lots and have been designed in the California ranch style, combining brick, stone and wood with concrete tile roofs.
Interiors feature sloped ceilings, fireplaces, ceramic tile entries, interior laundry rooms, fully equipped kitchens, breakfast rooms with skylight and family rooms oriented to the outdoors.
Three furnished models are open daily, except Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sales office, at 804 Elise Drive, Redlands, can be reached from the Tennessee Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
