Rehabilitation Work Financed

A 203,275-square-foot industrial building in Fullerton is being rehabilitated through $6.3 million in construction financing provided by First Interstate Mortgage Co., Income Property Division, Orange County office.
Cove Builders Inc. is the contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed by March on an 8.43-acre site at 800 Raymond Ave.
