San Fernando Town House Complex Opens

Amberwood, a development of 118 town houses in San Fernando, opens today with 28 homes priced from $79,900 to $91,900.
Keusder Enterprises is developing the homes, which will range in size from 1,154 to 1,290 square feet and include two bedrooms and up to 2 1/2 baths. Features will include private patios, wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and wood or ceramic tile entries.
Two spas and a swimming pool will be among the common amenities. The monthly homeowners fee is about $100.
The models and sales office are open daily, except Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 11 a.m. to dusk on Glenoaks Boulevard at Hubbard Street. First move-ins are scheduled at the end of March.
