Bobbi Fiedler and Social Security
In September thousands of Camarillo residents received letters from Rep. Bobbi Fiedler’s office telling of her devotion and support of Social Security (strange words from an alleged fiscal conservative).
Fiedler voted to eliminate minimum Social Security. Fiedler approved the six-month delay in Social Security cost-of-living increases a few years ago, and Fiedler endorsed taxing a portion of Social Security income. Does that sound like a supporter of Social Security?
Telephone attempts and correspondence to Fiedler’s office were of no avail in trying to find out why the difference in her voting record and her letter of last September.
Surely we deserve someone better, more honest and consistent then Fiedler for U. S. senator.
