French Peacekeeper Killed in Lebanon

BEIRUT — A French soldier with the U.N. Interim Force in Lebanon was killed when his armored personnel carrier overturned in southern Lebanon, U.N. spokesman Timur Goksel said Friday.
Pvt. Prulo Rocheteau, 20, of the French battalion’s logistics unit, died in the accident Thursday near the village of Chehabieh, Goksel said.
