Freeway League : Tallant Leads Fullerton High to 56-54 Victory Over Sonora

Ralph Tallant had 18 points and 8 rebounds to lead Fullerton High School to a 56-44 Freeway League win over Sonora Friday night.
The Indians enter the CIF Southern Section playoffs as the league’s third-place team. Chris Zerga added 11 points for Fullerton (6-4, 15-9).
Junior guard David Morris scored 12 points for the Raiders (3-7, 5-15).
In other Freeway League games:
Buena Park 71, La Habra 57--Every player scored for the Coyotes (7-3, 11-11), who finished in second place. Gary Hunter led Buena Park with 14 points and 7 assists. Tony Toscano chipped in with 13 points and 14 rebounds. La Habra ends the season with marks of 1-9 and 1-19.
Troy 64, Sunny Hills 50--The Warriors (10-0, 16-7) completed an undefeated season in league with a win over the Lancers (3-7, 5-15) at Sunny Hills.
In Olympic League action:
Orange Lutheran 90, Brethren 78--Leon Neben scored 29 points and handed out 8 assists to lead the Lancers (7-7, 9-11). Matt Zaun added 21 points. Jeff Dillard had 21 points for Brethren (8-6, 16-7).
