Santa Monica-based PennCorp announced the following promotions: Leon Myers becomes president and chief operating officer, in addition to being elected president of Massachusetts Indemnity and Life Insurance, PennCorp’s largest subsidiary; Daniel J. Di Sipio becomes vice chairman and chief executive officer; Stephen A. Silverman becomes senior executive vice president, and William J. Schnaer becomes senior vice president.
