5% Down Plan Offered in New Walnut Tract

Low-cost financing is offered on 19 Phase 1 single-family homes in Arborcreek in Walnut, a 38-home project of JMC Development Corp. opening today.

The one- and two-story homes with three and four bedrooms and up to three baths are offered with a 5% down payment on a 10 1/2%, 30-year loan or 10% on a 15-year loan.

The homes, in three floor plans, range from 1,585 to 1,941 square feet and are priced from $129,500 to $156,950. They include central air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces in family rooms, kitchens equipped with microwave ovens and ceramic-tile countertops, and ceramic-tile or hardwood entries.

Move-ins are scheduled for early May. Three decorated models and a sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the site at Bourdet Avenue and Valley boulevards.
