Albert B. Litewka has been named president and chief executive of Jacobs & Gerber, a Los Angeles-based advertising agency. He also joins Ray Jacobs and Stefan Gerber as a full partner in the 12-year-old firm. Litewka was formerly president and chief executive of Warner Software, a subsidiary of Warner Communications that he founded in 1982.
