Canada Arrests 3 After Attack on Haitian Envoy

MONTREAL — Three men were arrested on criminal charges after a mob stormed the Haitian Consulate in this Canadian city and beat a senior diplomat, police said Thursday.
About 75 expatriate Haitians occupied the consulate for five hours Wednesday afternoon, demanding the resignation of Consul General Jacques-Antoine Auguste.
