Wichita Builds Lead, Beats Lazers, 9-4

WICHITA, Kan. — Erik Rasmussen scored three goals and had two assists to lead the Wichita Wings to a 9-4 Major Indoor Soccer League victory over the Los Angeles Lazers Friday night.
With Wichita leading, 5-0, early in the third period, the Lazers (11-26) rallied with goals by Nathan Sachs, George Fernandez and Gregg Willin to close the gap to 5-3. After the teams traded goals, the Wings scored three straight to wrap up the win.
