WASHINGTON — Rep. Joseph P. Addabbo (D-N.Y.), who has been fighting bladder cancer for six years, has slipped into a coma and is not expected to survive, his office said today.
Addabbo, 60, has been hospitalized since last week. The cancer diagnosis was revealed in a three-paragraph statement issued by Addabbo’s office today.
