An explosion destroyed a Morton Thiokol Inc. building containing material used in Trident missile rocket propellent, but no one was injured, a spokesman said. The spokesman for Morton Thiokol’s Wasatch Divison about 30 miles from Brigham City, Utah, said the explosion did $1.5-million damage to an “oxidizer dryer building” and its contents. Thiokol makes the solid-fuel booster rockets for the space shuttle program.
