Shopping Mart Slated to Open

Trammell Crow Co.’s first Southern California shopping center, Centre on the Park, will open Thursday in La Mirada at 15050 Imperial Highway.
The Dallas-based firm, which declined to reveal the cost of the project, is also the leasing agent for the 43,900-square-foot facility.
About 50% of leasable space at Centre on the Park has been signed by such tenants as Wherehouse Records, Clothesline, Heidi’s Yogurt, Fantastic Sam’s, Dryclean for Less and Modern Image. The completed mall will ultimately contain 18 retail shops and two restaurants.
