Work Under Way on Third Phase of Beach Venture

Construction has begun on the third phase of the $90-million Pacific Ranch in Huntington Beach, a joint venture of Urban West Communities and Mansion Properties.
Designed by McLarand, Vasquez & Partners Inc., Pacific Ranch is a six-phase, 47-acre private and enclosed community that will provide a mix of town houses and villas geared to young professionals.
