Seaview Opens Initial Phase

Seaview at Wateridge, developed by Commonwealth Cos. Inc., has opened with a preview of the first two buildings at 10198 Telesis Court in San Diego.
The first phase of Seaview includes a 98,000-square-foot, five-story office building and a 15,000-square-foot conference facility and health club.
Phases 2 and 3 of the $70-million, 320,000-square-foot project will be developed by Commonwealth over the next three years and will include two additional five-story buildings, a single-story theme building and a single-story specialty office facility.
