Kings Have Foundation Upon Which to Build

Congratulations to Jerry Buss are in order. Instead of trying the quick fixes for the Kings that the so-called experts suggest (i.e., trade for better defense, keep the draft picks), he took a step toward solving the Kings’ main problem: Lack of stability.
By extending Rogie Vachon’s contract three years and honoring the remaining year on Pat Quinn’s, the Kings now have a solid foundation on which to build.
