Fluor Daniel International, a construction arm of the Irvine-based Fluor Corp., has signed a 200-year lease with London Docklands Development Corp. for a 3.8-acre site in London on which to build a regional headquarters complex for its European, Middle Eastern and North African operations. The terms of the lease were not disclosed. Construction of the 200,000-square-foot facility is expected to be completed in early 1988.
