Two San Bernardino County teachers at Alta Loma High School have been arrested in separate child molestation cases, sheriff’s deputies said. Juan A. Vasquez, 33, a Spanish teacher and girl’s baseball coach, is accused of fondling and kissing a female student after keeping her after school. Peter H. Oesterlin, a 37-year-old math teacher, is accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy who had spent the night at his house.
