Richard Cordova of Mission Viejo has been hired as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Pacific Regency Bank in El Toro. Cordova, 47, who has 20 years of experience in banking, is a former president and chief executive of California City Bank in Orange. He replaces Michael Wilson, who resigned to become chief financial officer for one of the bank’s clients, Herrick Enterprises in Fullerton, and its San Diego County hotel-motel subsidiaries.
