Eight Killed in Florida as Car Flips Into Canal

VERO BEACH, Fla. — Eight people--including a baby, three toddlers and a teen-ager--were killed late Tuesday when their car flipped off a deserted road and into a nine-foot-deep canal, the Florida Highway Patrol said Wednesday.
