Gary Stevens Rides Blue Razor to Win at Hollywood Park

Heavily favored Blue Razor, ridden by Gary Stevens, took the lead in the stretch and drew away to a five-length victory Wednesday in the $32,000 feature race at Hollywood Park.

River Drummer, ridden by Fernando Toro, finished second, a length in front of Cosmotron, ridden by Luis Ortega.

Blue Razor, was timed in 1:33 3/5 for one mile over a firm turf course.

Blue Razor paid $4, $2.40 and $2.40; River Drummer returned $3.20 and $2.60, and Cosmotron paid $3.20.
