Zond Systems Inc., a Tehachapi wind power producer, has established a wholly owned subsidiary in Irvine to manufacture and market co-generation systems.
The new 30-employee subsidiary, Zond Cogeneration Systems Inc., manufactures a series of cogeneration modules which, according to Kenneth Harper, senior vice president in charge of the subsidiary, can replace conventional thermal and electric energy systems in commercial buildings.
