Single-Family Homes Open at Golf Course

Chateau Bernardo, a development of 91 Mediterranean-style single-family homes along the golf course at Bernardo Heights in Rancho Bernardo, opens this weekend with 24 homes priced from $195,990 to $254,990.
Scheduled for occupancy in August, the homes are offered in three floor plans with three or four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and 2,130 to 2,950 square feet. Features include wood-burning fireplaces, wet bars and vaulted ceilings.
The project is a joint venture of Pacific Scene of San Diego and Great American Development Co., a subsidiary of Great American First Savings Bank.
The sales information center and decorated models are open weekdays except Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 11918 Avenida Consentido.
