MSI Data Has Unaudited Net for Year of $170,000

MSI Data Corp., a Costa Mesa-based maker of computer terminal systems, reported unaudited net income of $170,000 for its fiscal year ended March 29, contrasted with a loss of $1.5 million the prior year.
Revenues were $62.5 million, up 11% from $56.2 million for the previous year.
For the fourth quarter net income was $285,000, contrasted with a $2.1-million loss in the same quarter of fiscal 1985. Revenue was $16.4 million, up 11% from $14.75 million for the year-ago quarter. The company said that final revenues and earnings will be reported after completion of the year-end audit in early June.
