Sen. D’Amato Announces His Bid for Second Term

NEW YORK — U.S. Sen. Alfonse M. D’Amato (R-N.Y.) Friday announced his candidacy for a second term, saying that if reelected he will struggle for “the little fella” by combatting the drug trade and reforming the tax system.
