Partnership Buys San Diego Motel

JBL & Associates, a San Diego-based joint-venture partnership, has purchased the 137-room Travelator Motel, a 350-space parking garage and about 60,000 square feet of office and retail space in downtown San Diego for $4.5 million.
The partnership of H & H Properties and Leonard Glass plans to renovate the hotel and retail space on Ash Street between 6th and 7th avenues into a full-service hotel. Coldwell Banker represented Both the buyer and the seller, El Cortez Associates, in the transaction.
