“On Wings of Eagles” star Richard Crenna isn’t the only actor playing a man with a mission this week. Martin Sheen also is cast in a fact-based drama. In “Samaritan: The Mitch Snyder Story” (8:30-11 p.m. Monday on Channels 2 and 8), Sheen portrays Snyder, the activist who works to make the public more aware of the plight of the homeless.
