Treasurer Visits China

Lu Herrera of Culver City is one of 15 municipal treasurers in the nation participating in an educational exchange mission to the People’s Republic of China this month.
The itinerary includes visits with treasurers in Peking, Shanghai, Wuxi and Hong Kong.
The mission was organized by People to People International, a nonprofit organization established in 1956 by President Dwight Eisenhower.
